Great work. We had some major storm damage with 4ft diameter oak tree fall on our house. Tim dropped everything he was doing and got a crew over in less than an hour and worked through the late evening to remove tree from our roof and place tarps before the rains came back. Honest and genuinely caring team.

I highly reccomend Cross Family Tree Service for trimming needs, recently used this company for trimming trees on a new purchase property , price was less than most other companies but price is only 1 factor when dealing with tall trees around nieghbors houses.licensing,insurance, and confidence and having all the correct personel and equipment are the utmost important factor. Owner Tim Cross is a great guy to work with and he will help you with tree needs.

Absolutely an amazing experience with Cross Family Tree Service. Tim came out not once but twice because I couldnt decided what I wanted to do with several trees in my yard. VERY fair pricing. Scheduling was very easy. The crew was polite and answered questions. Everything was cleaned up.

Amazing crew, fantastic work, cleaned up and left my yard better than they found it. Tim responded within minutes of my inqury. Now I had reach out to 4/5 other tree services and got ghosted on every single one. Not these guys! Tim is on it with communication. They were able to get scheduled pretty fast and the crew got it all taken care of in 1 day. 5 trees, 3 big oak ones nearly death. I talked with most of the team as they rotated equipment and cleaned up. Awesome to watch them take down the trees. The crew works great together. Probably had a dozen different team members rotating throughout the day and all very polite. I didn't ask them to but they noticed my garden bed and avoided dropping limbs and trunks in that area. The flowers ended up blooming a few days after the tree removal. So these guys notice yards and care! They respected my kids "saved stick pile" as well and many of thrm doubled checked if that pile was staying. Amazing crew all around.

They did a fantastic job cutting down our tree, clearing the cuttings out of the yard and clearing out the tree stump. Highly recommend!

They were fairly priced, got me on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, did a fantastic job on the trees, cleaned the gutters, raked the leaves, and cleaned everything up even better than it was when they arrived. We called cross family tree services and requested a bid for our big tree in the back yard hanging over power lines and next to the shed, Tim came out and gave us a reasonable bid and explained the process of cutting the tree down, after a week of getting multiple bids we decided to hire cross family tree services, we set a date and in 2 days our tree and debris were gone . I can't say enough things about working Tim and his crew at Cross Family Tree Service. He was incredibly responsive in all communication (typically same day, if not next at the latest), his prices are the most competitive out there, and the work his crew does is fast, high quality, and best way to put it is, leave no trace behind. Unless you know they were there, you can't tell they did any work by the fact they pick everything up and ensure the areas are left undisturbed. I will absolutely use them in the future and will recommend them to all family and friends in the area!

Great Service! Very friendly and hardworking team. It was like they were never there. They got everything done in a timely manner. Our house is now a safer place especially before the fall and winter season. Whenever we need a tree service, we will definitely give Cross Family Tree a call.

Provided an estimate. Showed up when they said they would. Did a great job removing a very large tree that was half on my property and half on my neighbor's - without damaging the fence or the swing/glider in the neighbor's yeah! Cleaned everything up so well and did it all with such kindness and courtesy! Highly recommend this company and I will use them, again, if I ever need their services.

I used Cross 2 different times. One tree in the front yard and then 2 in the ba k yard. They did a phenomenal job. When they were done, couldn't even tell they had been there!! Cant recommend them enough

HIGHLY recommend Cross Family Tree Service! Honest pricing, honest people and fantastic work! I had two 80 foot plus tall trees that needed taken down. They took care of both of them without any damage to my house (which was my main concern), cleaned the yard when they were done (as well as anywhere saw dust fell to). They even put my fence back up for me. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and that it was done properly.
