He came out, we discussed what was needed, he made several recommendations and gave a reasonable estimate. Tim was very polite and knowledgeable. Work was completed today. We had several other bids for the work we needed done and Cross came with a fair price and assured us he could complete the work without damaging our property. We had two large maple trees near our home and Tim and his crew did an excellent job of carefully removing them as to not damage the house or tear up our yard. Tim is very knowledgeable and trimmed up our beautiful oak tree as well. Their crew kept the work-site clean throughout the job, until the end. 5 out of 5 starsHands down my go to tree service. We had them out at the recommendation of a neighbor a few years ago. They dropped two large trees and trimmed our huge oak skillfully. Yesterday, they came out again to drop seven more trees. They were the best choice we made. We had four companies come out and bid on the job, one was significantly higher, two (including Cross Family) on par, and one low cost provider. Without hesitation, we picked Cross Family. Price is always fair and you get more than what you pay for. Other companies wanted more money to clean up the trees staying up, Cross Family did it inclusive in the price, never asked for more, nothing. They always leave things better than when they came. And watching them remove that leaner surrounded by fences and obstacles was impressive. See more See less

They had a cancellation and got us in. They were here by 8 and completely done well before noon. They did a fantastic job. Super professional and friendly. Also, gave a cash discount! They took care of both of them without any damage to my house (which was my main concern), cleaned the yard when they were done (as well as anywhere saw dust fell to). They even put my fence back up for me. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and that it was done properly.
